NO. 112/83-CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 351(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do. hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue No. 77-Customs, dated the 17th April, 1980, namely :—

In the said notification, in paragraph 1, relating to Survey Nuoibcrs, alter

the figures "295,", the figures "296, 297, 299, 301," shall be inserted.
