S.O. 329(E).—In exercise of the powers confeired by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Indu&tncs (Development and Regulation) Act, 19S1 (65 Of 1951) the Central Government hereby specifics a period of six mouths from the date of publication uf tfjis notification in the Official Gazette as the period within whic£ tht owner of every existing industrial undertaking situated in the State of Sikkim and engaged in the industries specified in the First Sche- dule to the said Act shall obtain a certificate of registration.
