सं०127/ 83-फेन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
सा० फा० मि० 355 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क, नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदान शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम , 1944 (1944 का 1 ) की प्रथम अनुसूची की मद से 18 की उपमव ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत आने वाले पालीप्रोपिलीन स्टेपिल फाइबर और पालीप्रोपिलीन टी की, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उन पर उग्रहणीय समस्त उत्पाष-शुल्क से छूट देती है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 अक्टूबर, 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख्य भी सम्मिलित है, प्रवृत्त रहेगी ।

No. 127 / 83 -CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 355 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts polypropylene staple fibre and polypropylene tow , falling under sub - item I of Item 18 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Act . 118 GI/83
2. This notification shall remain in force upto and inclu- sive of the 31st day of October , 1983 .

सं० 128/ 83-फेत्रीय उत्पाव-शुल्क
सा० का० मि० 356 ( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , केन्द्रीय उत्पांव- शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम, 1944 ( 1944 का 1) कीं प्रथम अनुसूची की मद से 18 % के अंतर्गत आने वाले पाली- प्रोपिलीन कते सूत और पालीप्रोपिलीम समिश्रित सूत को ( जिसमें पाली- प्रोपिलीन स्टेपिल फायर की मात्रा 50 प्रतिशत से कम नहीं है ) , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उन पर उग्रहणीय समस्त उत्पाद-शुल्क से छुट वेनी है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 31 अक्तूबर, 1983 तक, जिसमे यह तारीख भी मम्मिलित है, प्रबुस रहेगी ।

G.S.R. 356(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts polypropylene spun yarn and nolypropylene blended yarn ( with content of not less than fifty per cent by weight of polypropylene staple fibre) , falling under Item No. 18E of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944 ) , from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Act .
2. This notification shall remain in force upto and inclu- sive of the 31st day of October , 1983 .
