New Delhi, the 28th April, 1983
S.O. 3351E,).—In exercise of the powers conferrod by section 39 of the
Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisablc by it andcr sub-section (J) of section 34 ot that Act, in relation to the offences under section 27 of the said Act shall, in to far as those offences relate to my illegal strike in any service in, or in connection with the working of the Indim Airlines Corporation at Bombay, be exercisable also by Shri \ ishnu Bhaqwan, Director, Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of India, Now Delhi.
