फा० सं ० 600/ 2738/ 82-प्र० अ ० सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क, प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त्र , असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र ० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी सा ० सू ० 50/82 , दिनांक1 जून , 1982 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्- द्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती हैं:---

व्याख्या: (क ) ऊन अंतर्वस्तु के संबंध में प्रतिअदायगी की राशि का भुगतान तभी किया जाएगा जब निर्माता/ निर्यातकर्ता श्रोत-लदान के समय यह घोषित करे, और आवश्यकता पड़ने पर, संबधित सहायक समाहर्ता की तसल्ली के लिए यह साध्य प्रस्तुत करे कि धागा बटा हुआ ही है ।
(ख) प्रतिअदायगी की राशि का भुगतान , निर्यातकर्ता द्वारा यह घोषणा किए जान पर ही किया जाएगा वि उत्पाद पादार- ल्म हैडलम निर्मित ही है तथा विनिर्माण में प्रयुक्त ऊन के गोले संयुक्त मिलो से नहीं खरीदे गए हैं ।
(2 ) अन्य गालें
ऊन अंतर्वस्तु/ऊन मिश्रित धागा अंतर्वस्तु/ऊनी गोला अंतर्वस्तु तथा/ अथवा रंजित अंतर्वस्तु के संबंध में प्रतिअदायगी की दर , प्रति- अदायगी की सूची के उपर्युक्त उपक्रमांक के अनुसार , संगत शर्तों के अध्यधीन लागू होगी ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना1 जन , 1982 को प्रवृत्त हुई समझी जाएगी ।

F.No.600/2738/ 82- DBK. Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No .602/2/ 70- DBK pulblished in the Gazette of India) Extraordinary , dated the 25th August, 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK PN - 50/82 dated the 1st June , 1982 : -
After Sub - Sl . No. 2737 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-

EXPLANATION: (a ) Amount of drawback in respect of wool content shall be payable if the manufacturer/exporter at the time of shipment declares , and if necessary , produces evidence to the satisfaction of the Asstt. Collector concerned that the yarn is worsted yarn.
(b) The amount of drawback is payable subject to the declaration by the exporter that the pro- duction is from powerloom /handloom sector and wool top used in the manufacture have not been purchased from composite mills .
(ii) Other Shawls Rate of draw back in respect of wool content /wool blended yarn content/ wool top con- tent and dye content , as per appropriate SS.No. of the Drawback Schedule , subject to the relevant conditions .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June , 1982 .
