ORDER
New Dalbi, the 29tb April, 1983
S.O. 339(E),—In exercise of the power* conferred by section 5 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers to make orders under clauses (d) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act, shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed, be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Tamil Nadu in that State.
This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with tho 31st day of October, 1983.
SCHEDULE
Varieties of Cattle Fodder
1. Paddy straw 2. Hay of cumbu 3. Hay of ragi and cholam 4. Rice bran 5. Wheat bran and 6. Decided rice bran.
