का० प्रा० 340 (अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैरा ( 6 ) के खंड (क ) द्वारा प्रषस शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पेट्रोलियम , रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ० 427 ( अ ) , तारीख 19 जून , 1982 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त आदेश से उपाबद्ध सारणी में, क्रम संख्यांक 5, 6 और 7 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:--

New Delhi , the 29th April , 1983
S.O. 340( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of sub - paragraph (6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1979 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amends in the order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum , Chemicals and Fertilizers ( Department of Chemi- cals and Fertilizers ) , No. S.O. 427 ( E ) , dated the 19th June , 1982, namely: -
In the Table annexed to the said order , for serial numbers 5,6 and 7 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
10 ml . vial 3.42
"5. Sulphacetamide Sodium eyc drops 10 % 10 % Sulphacetamide Sodium
"6. Sulphacetamide Sodium eye drops 20 %。 20 Sulphacetamide Sodium 10ml . vial 3.70

का० प्रा० 341 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेण , 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैरा ( 6 ) के खंड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ 5 में विनिदिष्ट कीमतो को, उक्न मारणी के स्तंभ 2 मे की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट प्रत्येक मूत्र योग की, जिसकी प्रबलता और पैक भाकार को क्रमशः उक्त सारणी के स्तभ 3 और 4 में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट किया गया है , अग्रणी कीमत के रूप में , जिसके अन्तर्गत उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर, यदि कोई हों, सम्मिलित नहीं हैं, नियत करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub - paragraph (6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order, 1979 , the Central Government hereby fixes the prices as specified in column 5 of the Table below as the leader price exclusive of excise duty and local taxes , if any , of each of the formulations specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Table with the strength and pack size specified respec- tively in the corresponding entries in columns 3 and 4 thereof.
