New Delhi, the 29th Ann], 1983
S.O. 343 (E)—In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16B of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 780(E) dated the 2nd November, 1982 namely :—
In the said order, In the third paragraph for tho figures and words "180
days" the figures and words "270 days" shall be substituted.
