NOTIFICATIONS No. 136/83-CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R 362(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (11 of rule 8 of the Central Excise rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds the following notifica- tions of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :—
(1) 90/82-Central Excises, dated the 28th February.
1982.
(2) 3/83-Central Excises, dated the 1st January, 1983.
(3) 4/83.Central Excises, dated the 1st January, 1983.

No. 137/83-CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 363{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (I) of rule 8 of the Centrnl Excise Rules,, 1944 the Central Government hereby exempts bare aluminium wires finer than 3.25 mm (10 SWG), filling under /tern No. 68 -©Mher-PIrst Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act. 1944 (1 of 1944), from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Act.

No. 139/83-CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.U. 365(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby hakes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 81/83-Central Excises dated the 1st March, 1983, namely :—
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification,—

omitted ;
