S. O. 344 (E ) :- In the English version of the notifi- cation of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) Banking Division No. S. O. 875 (E) , dated the 4th November, 1980 , published at pages 1633 to 1644/2 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) at page 1641 , column 2, line 20, for " 10. Increase of paid - up capital" read " 19. Increase of paid- up capital" .

का० ग्रा० 345 ( श्र):- बैंककारी कम्पनियां ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1980 ( 1980 का 40 ) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त णक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्राय सरकार भारताय रिजर्व बैंक से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् एतद्दत्रारा राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक ( प्रबंध और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध ) स्कीम, 1980 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कोम बनातो है अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1 ) यह स्कीम राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक ( प्रबंध और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध संशोधन) स्कोम, 1983 कहां जा सकेगो ।
(2) यह शानकोय राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक ( प्रबंध और प्रकं'र्ण उपबंध ) स्कीम , 1980 के खण्ड 19 में शब्द "पन्द्रह करोड़ " के स्थान पर शब्द "पचाम करोड़ " प्रतिस्थापित कर दिये जाएंगे ।
* मुख्य स्कोम 4 नवम्बर, 1980 को अधिसूचना सं० 875 ( अ) में प्रकाशित को गयो थो । का ० आ ०

NOTIFICATIONS New Delhi , the 30th April , 1983
S. O. 345 (E) :--In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (4) of Section 9 of the Banking Com- panies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act , 1980 (40 of 1980) , the Central Government after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby makes the following Scheme further to amend the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) *Scheme , 1980 , namely :-
1 (1) This Scheme may be called the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Scheme, 1983 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publi- cation in the Official Gazette .
2. In clause 19 of the Nationalised Banks (Manage- ment and Miscellaneous Provisions ) Scheme , 1980 , for the words " fifteen crores " , the words " fifty crores" shall be substituted.
*The Principal Scheme was published vide Notification No. S. O. 875 ( E ) , dated 4th November, 1980.

का० आ० 346 ( अ):- बैंककारो कम्पनियों ( उपक्रमों का अर्जन और अंतरण ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 5) की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार भारट्रीय- रिजर्व बैंक से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् एतद्द्द्वारा राष्ट्रीय कृत बैंक ( प्रबंध और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध) स्कीम , * 1970 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती है अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1 ) यह स्कीम राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंक ( प्रबंध और प्रकीर्ण उपबंध ) (संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1983 कहो जा सकेगी ।
( 2) यह शासकोन राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी ।
