No. S.O. 618fE)/lS \A/IDRA/79, dated the 31st October, 1979 (•hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government had nuthciised the Secretary. Closed and Sick Industries Department now called Secretary, lndu'trinl Reconstruction Department, Government of West Bengal Calcul'n (•hereinafter roferri d to as the said authorised person), to take over 1! foi -\ ]ieriod of three rears from Ihe 31sf October. 1970

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1SAA of the Industries (Development and RejtuiatioD) Act, 1951 (65 of 19511, the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for H further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 30th October, 1983.
