S.O, 348(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred bv clause 8 of the Jute
(Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, I, S. P. Maillk, Jute Commissioner, hereby fix R§. 581.13 per 100 bags as the maximum ex-facto-y price at which B. Twills rfa variety of jute textiles of the size 43.1/2" X 26-1/2" Hd. W.I.P. 44" X 26-1/2" Hd. 2-1/4 lbs. per bag, 6 X 8, 3 blue, dry sewn anj conforming in all other respects to the current ISI specification (No. IS : 256S-1965 as amended up-to-date) shall be purchased or sold during the month of May, 1983.
2. The price fixed undffir this notification shall be exclusive of duty of excise Rtid the rales tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex-factory price by the purchaser at actuals,
