ORDER

New Delhi, the 2nd May, 1983S.O. 350(E)/18AAIDRA/83.-Whereas by the Older of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 752(F)/ 18AA/IDRA/77, dated the 4th November, 1977 (herein- after referred to as the said Order), the management of the 148 01/83 (1)

whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Soma- siindrain Super Spinning Mills, Muthanendal, Ramanath- puram District. Tamil Nadu, was taken over under LIUUSC (b) of section 18AA of the Industrial (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years from the 4th November, 1977, and the Tamil Nadu Textile Corporation was authorised to take over the manage- ment of the whole of the said Industrial undertaking ;

And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of ]ndia in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 778(E)/18AA/lDRA/82, dated the 3rd November, 1982, the period of the said Order was extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd May, 1983;

And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 30th September, 1983;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall con- tinue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1983,
