G.S.R. 377(E).—In exeicise of the powers confeired by sub-section (1), read with sub-section (6), of section 3 and sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), tlic Central Government hereby notifies tbvj name of Shri S. K. Son, elected to be a Trustee on tho Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip representing the Indian National Shipowners' Association in place of Captwn B. S Kumar who has ceased to repiescnt that Association and makes ihe following amendment in the notification of the Government ot India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wiog) No. G.S.K. 2i7
In tl'e suid. notifli-dtion, for scnal number 10 and the entries there against,
the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"10. Shri S. K. Sen—Representing the Indian National Shipowners'
Association, Bombay".
