CORRIGENDUM

S.O. 3S3(E).—It has been decided in ocrcise of the powers confeircd 1 y
Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Con'rol) Act, iy47 (18 of 1947), to make the following corrections in Part I oi the Schedule to Open General Licence No. 1/83 dated the 15th April, 1983 :—
(i) In Entiy No. 12 viz. "Boiler, tubes/ERW variety : Mmm to SOnun OD". add the following at the end—"cut to shape and size".
(h) Entry No. 60 viz. "Monti Wire" shall be deleted.
(iii) Entry No, 91 (xxv) viz, "Peiz electric elements", shall be deleted.
2. These are consequent upon the corrections carried out vide Ministry of Commerce Public Notice Nos. 13-ITC(PN)/83 dated the 23rd April, 1983 aod No. ]
