NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th May. 1983
S.O. 336(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 B of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes lhe following amendment in the notification of the Government oi' India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting No. F. 5/5/77-FC. dated tl.e 7th January* 1J>78, as amended,** namely :—
In the ^aid notification, in paragraph 2, after item (iv), and ttio entry
relating thereto, the following item and entry shall be inserted, namely :—
"(iva) visuals or words depicting woman in ignoble servility io man or glorifying Mich servility as a praiseworthy quality in women no nor presented ;"
