No. F. l(l)-N8/78. —1 he Central Government hweby notifies that no commission shall be payable to Authorised Agents appointed under the Standardised Agencj Si stem, m the following eases :—
(i) where a rcdeposit of a matured time deposit is made under sub-rule (3) of rule 6 of the Post Office Time Deposit Rules, 1981, retros- pectively from (he date of maturity; and
(ii) wbeie 7-Yeaj National Savings Certificates (II Issue) .ire issued in lieu of piocectls of an old certificate ov certificates under Rule 12 of lire Posi Office Savings Certificates Rules, 1960 on an appli- cation for purchase preserved after the date of maturity of the old certificate (s).
