'गैर-सरकारी सदस्यों द्वारा सभापटल पर रखे जाने वाले पत्रों का प्रमाणिकरण ।
118 क. ( 1 ) जब कोई सदस्य निदेश 118 के अन्तर्गत किसी पत्त अथवा दस्तावेज को सदन के पटल पर रखने के लिए अध्यक्ष की अनुमति मांगता है , तो वह उस पत्त्र / दस्तावेज पर निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक प्रपत्त में, यथास्थिति, प्रमाणपत्र देगा
(क ) 'मैं अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी से यह प्रमाणित करता हूं कि यह मूल दस्तावेज है , जो प्रामाणिक है । '
(ख) 'मैं अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी से यह प्रमाणित करता हूँ कि यह मूल दस्तावेज , जो प्रामाणिक है, की सही प्रतिलिपि है । '
(ग ) 'मैं यह प्रमाणित करता हूं कि इस दस्तावेज की विषयवस्तु सही है और प्रामाणिक आनकारी पर आधारित है । '
( 2) यदि पत्त्र अथवा दस्तावेज एक से अधिक पृष्ठ का है, तो सदस्य उसके प्रत्येक पृष्ठ पर तारीख सहित अपने हस्ताक्षर करेगा । '
[यह निदेश लोक सभा के प्रक्रिया तथा कार्यसंचालन नियमों के अधीन अध्यक्ष द्वारा निदेश ( तीसरा संस्करण ) के निदेश 118 के पश्चात् अन्तःस्थापित किया जायेगा । ]

No. 47/ 1 / CI / 83.The following paragraph published in the Lok Sabha Bulletin-Part II , dated the 9th May , 1983 is hereby publish- ed for general information :

Direction by the Speaker Under the Rules of Procedure of Lok Sabha
In pursuance of Rule 389 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha (Sixth Edition) , the Speaker has issued the following direction : -
'Authentication of papers to be laid by private members
118A . ( 1 ) When a member seeks permission of the Speaker to lay a paper or document on the Table of the House under direction 118 , भारत का राजपक्ष असाधारण

he shall record thereon a certificate in one of the following forms , as the case may be :-
(a) ' I certify from my personal knowledge that this is the original document which is authentic ' .
(b) ' 1 certify from my personal knowledge that this document is a true copy of the original which is authentic ' ,
(c) ' I certify that the contents of this document are correct and based on authentic information ' .
(2) If the paper or document consists of more than one page , the member shall put his signature with date on every page thereof.'
