NOTIFICATION

Mew Delhi, the 9th May, 1983

CS,Ii. 382{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956) read with Rule 3 of the Kbadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957, the Central Government hereby renppoints Shri A. M. Thomas, as a Member of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, established under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act and nominate ),'im as the Chairman of the said Commission ior a period commencing on and from the 13th May, 1983 and ending on the 3(Kh September, 1983.
