मा. अ. 47(अ) . सोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 22 की उप- धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , मिर्धा- चन आयोग यह निवेशश देता है कि उसकी तारीख 19 अप्रैल , 1983 की अधिसूचना सं. 434/ज.क.लो.स./83 द्वारा पश्थातवती यथा संशोधित उसकी तारीख 17 अक्तूबर , 1979 की अधिसूत्रमा में निम्नगिसित संशोधन और किए जाएंगेः-
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2
(1) मद 1. " 1-बारामूला संसदीय विनियम - क्षेत्र का रिटोनंग आफिसर" के सामने , विद्यमान संख्यांकित 11 और 13 प्रविष्टियों के स्थान

(2) मद 2. " 2- श्रीनगर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का रिटनिंग आफिसर" के मामने ,
(क) विद्यमान संख्यांकित 3 प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " ३. निदेशक , बागबानी , श्रीनगर" प्रविष्टि और-
(ख) विव्यमान संख्यांकित 13 और 14 प्रत्येक प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर , " कार्यपागक इंजीयर , मुफफसिल डिविजन आर व बी बडगाम" प्रविष्टि क्रमसः रखी जाएगी ।

Ο.Ν. 47 (F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/J & K- HP /79 ( 1 ) dated the 17th October , 1979. as subsequently amended by its Notification No. 434 / J & K - HP / 83 (2 ) dated 19th April, 1983 :
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification,
(1) against item 1. ' Returning Officer of 1 -Baramulla Parliamentary con- stituency; for the existing entries numbered 11 and 13 the entries- 11. Chief Animal Husbandry Officer , Baramulla , 13. Superintending Engineer Generation & Transmission Circle - II , Baramulla , and
(2) against item 2 , 'Returning Officer of 2 - Srinagar Parliamentary consti- tvency
(a) for the existing entry numbered 3 the entry "3. Director , Horticul ture , Srinagar " and 3

(b) for each of the existing entry numbered 13 and 14 the entry "Executive Engineer , Muffasil Division R & B Badgam " , shall respectively be substituted .
