G.S.R. 386(E).—In exercise of the powers confourd b> sub-section (1) of section 15 of tbc Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to Jo, hereby makes the following further amendments in tbc notification of the Go/eminent of India in ihc Department of Revenue, No. 77-Custoins, the 17th Apiil, 1980, namely :—
In the said notification,-—
(a) in paragraph 2, in the Table, against SI. No. 1 relating to stainless steci utensils, in column (4), for the figures "17"_ the figures "25" shall be substituted;
(b) in the Annexure, for SI. No. 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following SI. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :•—
''9. Tools, Ugs, Gauges, Fixtures, Moulds, Dies Instruments anil
Accessories."
