सं० 145/ 83-सीमा -शुल्क
सा० का० नि० 424 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 को उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) को अधिसूचना सं ० 36-सोमा- शुल्क, मारीख 1 फरवरी , 1963 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्ः--
(क) मद ( 1 ) के सामने --
(i) स्तभ ( 1 ) मे की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखो, जाएगी, अर्थात्:--
"बम्बई निगम की अधिकारिता के अधीन सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र और मुम्बई पत्तन किन्तु इसके अम्तर्गत मुम्बई विमान पत्तन (अर्थात् साताक्रुज विमान पत्तन , और सहार विमान पत्तन को छोडकर ) है ;
(ii) स्तंभ ( 3 ) में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि अन्तः स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्.- "सीमा- शुल्क उप कलक्टर, मुम्बई" ;

(ख ) मद ( ii ) और उसमे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद औरप्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अथति--

" ( ii ) बबई विमान पत्तन ( अर्थात मानाक्रुज विमान पत्तन और महार विमान पत्तन )
सीमा शुल्क कन्नक्टर , मुम्बई विमान पर्तन ( अर्थात् माना क्रुज विमान पत्तन और सहार विमान पत्तन ) और अपर सीमा-शुल्क कलक्टर मुम्बई विमान पत्तन ( अर्थात् सांताक्रूज विमान पत्तन और सहार विमान पत्तन )
( ग) मद ( iii ) के सामनेः--

उपकलक्टर सीमा-शुल्क मुम्बई विमान पत्तन ( अर्थात् सात। क्रुज विमान और महार विमान पत्तन) पत्तन
महायक मीमा शुल्क कलक्टर मुम्बई विमान पत्तन ( अर्थात् माताक्रुज विमान पत्तन और सहार विमान पत्तन) "
(i) स्तंभ ( 1 ) मे प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्ः-- " कलकत्ता पत्तन; मिदनापुर जिला में हल्दिया और दमदम विमान पत्तन के डॉक और जेष्ट्री " ;
(ii) त्तभ 3 में निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि अन्त. स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्ः-- "सीमा - शुल्क उप कलक्टर , कलकत्ता " ,
( घ ) मद ( 5 ) के सामने स्तभ ( 3 ) न लखित प्रविष्टिया अन्त. स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:- "सीमा शुल्क उप कलक्टर , मद्रास " ।

NOTIFICATION
(No. 145/83-Customs )
G.S.R. 424(E) :-In exercise of the powers conferted by sub - section ( 1) of section 4 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 36- Customs, dated the 1st February , 1963 , namely:-
(a) against item ( 1 ) , --
(i ) for the entry in column ( 1 ) , the following entry shall be substituted , namely:--
"The whole of the area under the jurisdiction of Bombay Corporation and the Port of Bombay but excluding the Bombay Airport ( that is to say , the Santacruz Airport and the Sahar Airport) " ;
(ii) in column (3 ) , the following entry shall be inserted , namely:- "Deputy Collectors of Customs , Bombay " ;

(b) for item ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be substituted , namely :-

"( ii) Bombay Airport ( that is to say, the Santacruz Airport and the Sahar Airport)

Deputy Collector of Customs , Bombay Air- port( that is to say, the Santacruz Airport and the Sahar Airport)
Assistant Collectors of Customs , Bombay Air- port ( that is to say , the Santacruz Airport and the Sahar Airport) " ;
Collector of Customs , Bombay Airport (that is to say , the Santacru/ Airport and the Sahar Airport) and Additio- nal Collector of Cus- toms , Bombay Airport (that is to say , the San- tacruz Airport and the Sahar Airport)
(d) against item ( iii ) ,-
( i ) for the entry in column ( 1 ) , the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Docks and jetties of the Port of Calcutta; Haldia in Medinepur district and Dum Dum Airport";
(i) in column (3 ) , the following entry shall be inserted , namely:- "Deputy Collectors of Customs , Calcutta " ;
(e) against item (v) in column (3 ) , the following entry shall be inserted , namely:---- "Deputy Collectors of Customs , Madras" ;
