NOTIFICATION •

S.O. 362(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sec- tion 8 of the Minimum Wages Act. 1948 01 of 1948) read with Section 9 of the said Act and rule 3 of the Minimum Wages (Central Advisory Board) Rules, 1949, the Ccntial Goverriment hereby makes the following amendments in tho notification in the late Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 649(E), da-ed the 13th August, 1981 and modified vide S.O. No. 342(E), dated May 21, 1982, namely :—
In the said notification,--
(a) Tn item (I) relating to independent members lor serial numbers 5 to 12 and entries relating thereto, the follow- ina shall respectively be substituted namely :—
