फा० ज ० 364 (अ ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार , औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आवेश , 1979 के पैरा 12 के उपपैरा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व पेट्री- लियम, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उवर्रक विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का ० आ० 157 ( अ) , तारीख 9 मार्च, 1981 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थातुः-
उक्त अधिसूचना से छउपाबद्ध अनुसूची में "प्रवर्ग II विनिर्मितियां" सीर्षक के नीचे कम

सं० और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखिन रखा जायेगा, अर्थात्ः--

S. O. 364( E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - paragraph (2) of paragraph 212 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order , 1979 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of Government of India , in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum , Chemicals and Fertilizers ( Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers ) No. S. O. 157 (E ) , dated the 9th March , 1981 namely : -
In the Table annexed to the said Notification, under the Heading "Category II formulations " , for Serial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

फा ० आ ० 365 (अ ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आवेश, 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैर ( 6 ) के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक निर्मित की, जिसको प्रबलना और पैक आकार क्रमशः उसके स्तंभ ( 3 ) और ( 4) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिदिष्ट हैं, उक्त धारणी के स्तंभ ( 5 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमतों को अग्रणी कीमतों के रूप में नियत करती है , जिसमें उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर , यदि कोई हों, सम्मिलित नहीं हैं:-

of sub -paragraph ( 6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs ( Prices Control) Order , 1979 , the Central Government hereby fixes the prices as specified in column (5) of the Table below as the leader prices exclusive of excise duty and local taxes , if any , of each of the formulations specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table with the strength and pack size specified respectively in the corresponding entries in columns ( 3 ) and ( 4) thereof :---
