G.S.R. 43fi(E).—-Iii exercise or the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule S of the Central Excise Rule^,, 1944, icad with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods, of Special importauco) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957}, the Central Government hereby makes the followinii further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of l^inance (Department of Revenue) No. 272/79-CE, dated the 18th October, 1979, namely:—
Tn the said notification, in paraizraph 3, under the headm8"Survey Number", after the figured "295", Ihe figures "29fi,297,299,?01," shall be inserted.
