In Table 4 appended to the said notilication against item 7, Jummu & Kashmir mentioned in column 1, insert the following entry in column 2 thereof:—
' 20. Flcphant."
The above amendment shall he deemed to have come i.ito force with effect
from 4th May, 1983.
