And, whereas, the duiation of the said Ordei wai exten- ded by the ordeis of the Ooveinment ot India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No SO 784(E)/18A/IDRA/77, dated (he 24th November, 1977, No SO 747fr)/18A/IDRA/79, dated the 22nd Novem- hei 1979, N>r.SO. 900(E)/18A/IDRA/80, dated the 21st Novemhei, 1980, No SO 827(E)/IKA/IDRA/81, datrd the 24th November, 1981, No S O 34KEJ/18A/IDRA/82, dated the 241h May, 1982 and No. SO 833(E)/I8A/IDRA/ 82, dated the 24th Novemher, J982 for a fmther period upto and inclusive of the 24th May, 1983 ;
And, whcieas, the Cenlial Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public inteiest that the duration of the said order should be extended for a fmther period upto and inclusive of the 24th November, 1983 ,
Now, ihsieliwe, in cxeieise of the powers conterted by the pioviso to sub-section (2) ot section 18A of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1051 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby duetts that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 24tb November, lygl
