NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 445(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1883), the Central Government hereby makes the following rule* further to amend the Indian Telegraph Rules, 1951, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Telegraph
(Fifth Amendrmnt) Rules, 1983.
2. In Part IX of the Indian Telegraph Rules, 1951, in rule 519 under the heading 'LA-Rental", after item (xiii) and the entries relating thereto, the following items and entry shal be added, namely :—
"(xiv) Itemised billing per page Rs. 20" (containing data of 100 calls ov part thereof)
