S.O. 382CE).—la partial modification, of this Ministry's notification No. L-11017(7)/83-D. 1KB) dated 28th April, 1983 the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercJsaole by it under sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947) in relation to the offences under section 27 of the said Act shall, in so far as those offences relate to any illegal strike in any sorvice in, or in connection with the work- ing of the Indian Airlines Corporation at Bombay, be exercisable also by Shri N. Sunder Rajan, Director, Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of India, New Delhi, from tbe date of issue of this notification.
