का ० आ० 589 (अ) यतः इसमें नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि , आदि में उपयोग का अधिकार (अन्डर- ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) का अर्जन कलकत्ता नगर में मेट्रो रेलवे और उससे संबंधित अन्य संकर्मों के निर्माण के प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार ने इस बात का समाधान कर लिया है कि नीचे अनुमुची में उल्लिखित भूमि , इमारत आदि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डर ग्राउन्ड अधिकार) लोक प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है ।
अतः, केन्द्रीय सरकार एत्द्वारा नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि, इमारत आदि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डर-ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) मेट्रो रेलवे ( संकर्मों का निर्माण) अधिनियम, 1978 ( 1978 का 33 ) की धारा 7 (1 ) के अन्तर्गत उसे प्राप्त शक्तियों के अनुसार अर्जित करने के लिए अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ।
नीचे अनुभुची में भूमि , इमारत आदि का कोई हिताधिकारी व्यक्ति, आपत्ति, यदि कोई हो, तो उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 ( i ) के अन्तर्गत यथा विहित सक्षम प्राधिकारी के सम्मुख इन अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है ।

S.O. 589 ( E ) . -Waereas the land, building etc , mentioned herein in the Schedule below are required for the purpose of Construc- tion of Metro Railway and other works connected therewith i :: the City of Calcutta .
Andwhereas , the Central Giver in it is satisfied that the land , building etc. referred to in the Schedule below are required for a public purpose.
The Central Government d ) , therefore , hereby declare their intention to acquire the lad , building etc. , referred to in the Schedule below in terms of the powers conferred on them under Section 7( i ) of the Metro Railways ( Crstruction of Works Act , 1978 , (Act 33 of 1978) .
Any pers va interested in the land, building etc. referred to in the Schedule below may within , twentyone day from the date of publi- cation of this notification , put of objection if any, before the Compete it Authority as prescribed under Section 9 (i ) of the Act.
