RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 12th August, 1983

S.O. 596(E).—Government of India (Department of Textiles) Resolution No. 12(48)|82-CSM dated the ]3th August, 1982 constituting a Tripartite Committee under the Chairmanship of Shri V. S. Despande, Ex-Chief Justice of Bombay High Court to look into the problems connected with the Textile Industry.

Government have decided to extend the term of the Com-

mittee by a period of one month from 13 th August, 1983.

ORDER

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-L Section 1 of 12th August, 1983 for general information.

Ordered also that a copy of the Resolution be communicated

to all State Governments and Union Territories.
