Saxena, Deputy Secre- tary, Ministry of Industry, Department of Heavy Industry, Gov- ernment of India as Controller of Two Wheeler Vechicles vice Shri R. Ramanuj&m, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Department of Heavy Industry, for purposes of the said Order.
