New Delhi, the 18th August, L983
G.S.R. 652(E).—In exercise of tlm powers conferred by sub .•section (1) of section 3, read with section 13, of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 oi 1963), the Central Govcrnnienl hereby appoints the Executive Director Director ln-chargc (Liner and Passenger Services), Shipping Corporation of India, Bombay, as a Trustee on the Board of Tiu.si.jes of the Port of Bombay vice the Executive Director (Linci and Kisser.^er Ser- vices), Shipping Corporation of India, Horn buy and u^kes the following amendment in the notification of liic Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (PorN Wing) No. G.S.R. 288(E), dated the 31 si March, 1982, namely :-
In the said notification, against Serial Number 10, for the entries "Executive Director (Liner and Passenger Services), Shipping Corporation of India, Bombay", the entries "Executive Director|Director fn-charge (Liner and P-issenger Services), Shipping Corporation of India, Bombay" shall he substituted.
