2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I I - S E C. 3(ii)] NOTE.—The principal order S.O. 325 (E)the Central Government hereby makes the follow' ing further amendment in the order of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O 325(E) dated the 18th May, 1978, namely:—
In the said order :—
(i) Under head, "Member (Part-time)", se- rial number 2 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(ii) under the head, "Member (Finance) (Full- time)", for serial number 6 and the en- tries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"6. Shri T. T. Sinha,
Member (Finance), Bengal Immunity Company Limited, Calcutta," dated 18th May, 1978 has been amended vide (i) S.O. 69(E) dated 5th February, 1979 (ii) S.O. 151(E) dated 21st March, 1979 (iii) S.O. 524(E) dated 11th September, 1979 (iv) S.O. 233(E) dated 31st March, 1980 (v) S.O. 387 (E) dated 5th June, 1980 (vi) S.O. 777(E) dated 12th Sep- tember, 1980 (vii) S.O. 520 (E) dated 29th June, 1981 (viii) 520(E) dated 29th June, 1981 (ix) S.O. 792(E) dated 9th November, 1981 (x) S.O. 24
