New Delhi, the 22nd August, 1983

G.S.R. 661(E).—In exercise of the powers conferied by sub- jection (1) oi section 7 of the Central Sales Tax Ast, 1956 (74 ot 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amend ment in the order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. GSR 5K3(E), dated the 1st October, 1982, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said Order, for the entry under column

3, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :•—

"Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and Assist- ant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Government of Sikkim.".
