NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd August, J 983
G.S.R. 662(E).—In exercise of the powers conierred by sub- section (1) of section 3, read with section 13, ot the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Managing Director, Orissa Mining Corporation as a Trusiee to represent the Government of Orissa on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip vice the Chairman;, Orissa Mining Coiporation and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 287(E), dated the 31st March, 1982, namely :—
In the- said notification, against Serial Number 6, for the entry "Chairman, Orissa Mining Corporation", the entry "Manag- ing Director. Orissa Mining Corporation'1, shall be substituted.
