NOTIFICATION
New (Delhi, the 22nd September, 1983
G.S.R. 737(E)—Tn exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (d) of sub-seUion (2) of section 25 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Uni- versity Grants Commission (Recruitment) Rules, 1983, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement:—(I) These rules may be called the University Grants Commission (Recruitment) (Amendment)
Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of" their publication in the Official Gazelle.
2. Amendment of the Schedule :—In the Schedule to the University Granis Commission (Recruitment) Rules, 1983, for seiidl num- bers 1 and 2 I elating to the posts of Sccietaiy and Additional Secretary respectively and entries relating thereto, the following shall be siVhfil-itnted. nnmeiv:—
