का० आ० 611 ( अ) / 18 फक/ उ० वि० वि० अ०/ 83 -भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ० 112 ( अ) आई ० डी० आर ० ए/ 79 तारीख 26 फरवरी , 1979 ( जिसे इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) द्वारा मैसर्स ब्रेंटफोर्ड इलेक्ट्रिक ( इंडिया ) लिमिटेड कलकत्ता के नाम से ज्ञात औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (क ) के अधीन छः महीने की अवधि के लिए अर्थात् 25 अगस्त , 1979 (जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) तक ग्रहण किया था और एन्ड्रयूयूल एंड कम्पनी लिमिटेड कलकत्ता को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था;
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं० 476 ( अ ) / 18कक/उ ० वि ० वि ० अ०/79, तारीख 22 अगस्त, 1979; सं ० का ० आ० 629GI/83
637( अ) / 18 कक/उ ० वि ० वि० अ०/ 80 , तारीख 23 अगस्त, 1980, सं ० का ० आ० 126(अ)/ 18 कक/उ० वि ० वि० अ ०/81 , तारीख 23 फरवरी , 1981, सं ० का ० आ० 98 (अ)/ 18 कक/ उ ० वि ० वि ० अ०/ 82, तारीख 25 फरवरी, 1982, सं ० का ० आ ० 611 ( अ)/ 18कक/उ ० वि ० वि ० अ ०/83, तारीख 23 अगस्त, 1982 तथा सं ० का ० आ ० 143( अ ) 18 कक/ उ ० वि ० वि ०अ०/ 83 , तारीख 24 फरवरी , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि तारीख 25 अगस्त, 1983 (जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) तक बढ़ा दी गई थी, और भारत सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम को दो महीनों की और अवधि के लिए एन्ड्रयूयूल एंड कम्पनी लिमिटेड के प्रबंध तंत्र के अधीन बने रहना चाहिए ।
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्देश देती है कि उक्त आदेश दो महीनों की और अवधि के लिए अर्थात् तारीख 25 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक (जिस में यह दिन भी शामिल है ) प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

New Delhi , the 24th August , 1983
S.O. 611 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 83. Whereas by the Order of Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Develop- ment ) No. S.O. 112 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 79 , dated the 26th February , 1979 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the Indus- trial undertaking known as Messrs , Brentford Electric ( India) Limited, Calcutta, was taken over under clause of ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of six months upto and inclusive of 25th August , 1979 and Andrew Yule and Company Limited, Calcutta, was authorised to take over the manage- ment of the said Industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 476 ( E ) | 18AA IDRA 79 , dated the 22nd August , 1979, S.O. No. 637 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 80 , dated the 23rd August , 1980 , No. S.O. 126 ( E) 18AA IDRA 81 dated the 23rd February, 1981 , No. S.O. 98 ( E ) ( 18AA IDRA 82, dated the 25th Feb- urary , 1982 , No. S.O. 611 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 82 dated the 23rd August , 1982 and No. S.O. 143 (E) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 24th Febu- rary, 1983 the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 25th August , 1983 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should con- tinue under the mangement of the Andrew Yule and Company Limited, Calcutta, for a further period of two months ;
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18AA of the said Act , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of two months upto and in- clusive of the 25th October , 1983 .

सरकार ने उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेशों के जारी होने की तारीखों के ठीक पूर्व प्रदत्त ऐसे सभी संविधाओं संपत्ति के हस्तांतरण पत्त्रों, करारों , व्यवस्थाओं , पंचाटों , स्थाई आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों जिनका मैसर्स ब्रेन्टफोर्ड इलेक्ट्रिक ( इंडिया ) लि० कलकत्ता के नाम से शात औद्योगिक उपक्रम एक पक्षकार है या उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम पर लागू हों सकते हों को प्रवर्तन 25 अगस्त, 1979 तक की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त तारीख से पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रौदभूत या उद्भूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार विवेकाधिकार बाध्यताएं और दायित्व 25 अगस्त, 1979 तक ( जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा;
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 477 ( अ)/ 18 एफ० बी०/आई० डी० आर ० ए०/ 79 , तारीख 22 अगस्त, 1979 , सं ० का ० आ० 638( अ) / 18 एफ ० बी ०/ आई ० डी० आर ० ए/ 80 , तारीख 22 अगस्त , 1980 , सं ० का ० आ ० 127(अ )/18 एफ ० वी०/आई० डी० आर ० ए ०/ 81 , तारीख 23 फरवरी , 1981 , सं ० का० आ० 99 ( अ) /18 एफ ० वी०/आई ० डी० आर ० ए ० / 82, तारीख 25 फरवरी , 1982 , सं ० का ० आ ० 612( अ)/ 18 एफ ० वी०/आई ० डी० आर ० ए०/ 82 , तारीख 23 अगस्त, 1982 तथा सं ० का ० था ० 144(अ)/ 18 एफ ० बी०/आई ० डी० आर ० ए०/ 83 , तारीख 24 फरवरी , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेशों की अवधि 25 अगस्त, 1983 ( जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) तक बढ़ा दी गई है थी;
और केन्द्रीय मरकार इ बारे में संतुष्ट हो गई है कि उक्त आदेशों की अवधि दो महीने के लिए अर्थात् 25 अक्तूबर , 1983 ( जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) और बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए;
अतः अब उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 चख को उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त आदेशों को अवधि 25 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक ( जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) और बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 612 ( E ) 18FB| IDRA 83.-Whereas by two Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 124 (E ) | 18FB IDRA 79 , dated the 5th March, 1979 and No. S.O. 130 (E)| 18FB IDRA 79 , dated the 9th March , 1979 (here- inafter referred to as the said Orders ) , the Central 3

Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , had declored that the operations of all contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other ins- truments , in force immediately before the dates of the issue of said Orders , to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Brentford Electric (India) Limited , Calcutta , was a party or which might be applicable to the said industrial under- taking, should remain suspended for a period upto the 25th August, 1979 and that all rights , privil- eges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date should remain sus- pended for a period upto and inclusive of the 25th August , 1979 ;
And whereas , by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 477 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA 79 , dated 22nd August, 1979 No. S.O. 638 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 80 , dated 23rd August , 1980, No. S.O. 127 ( E) 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 23rd February , 1981 , S.O. 99 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 82, dated the 25th February, 1982, No. S.O. 612 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 23rd August , 1982 and No. S.O. 144 (E ) 18FB| IDRA 83 , dated the 24th Feburary , 1983 , the duration of the said Orders was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 25th Febu- rary, 1983 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satis- fied that the duration of the said Orders should be extended for a further period of two months upto and inclusive of the 25th October , 1983 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Develop- ment and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the dura- tion of the said Orders upto and inclusive of the 25th October , 1983 .
