Issued from File No. IPC|23|9|83.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 31-ITC(PN)|83 dated the 10th August, 1983 on the above subejet.
1. In the aforesaid Public Notice, sub para (b) of para 4
shall be amended to read as under :—
(l>) Where payment, for goods imporlLil or services ren- dered, was made out of loans | credits | gran is prior to 1st September, 1983 but the rupee deposit is made on or after 1st September, 198.1.
