S.O. 621(E).—In exercise of the powers confer- red by sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Gold (Control), Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), I, K. S. Dih> sinhji, the Administrator, hereby direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 4304, dated the 2nd December, 1968, namely :i—

In the said notification, in the Table against sevial number 7, for the entry under column (2) the fal- lowing entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"Deputy Collector of Central Excise".

S.O. 622(E).—In exercise of the powers confer- red by section 114 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government here- by makes the following rules further to amend the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968, namely :—

1. (1) These rules may be called the Gold Control (Forms, Fees and Miscellaneous Matters) Amendment Rules, 1983.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Gold Control (Forms Fees and Mis- cellaneous Matters) Rules, 1968, in the Appen- dix,—

(i) in Form G.S. 11, in NOTE 2, for the words "lac and copper", the words "lac, copper, plastic and ivory" shall be sub- stituted;

(ii) in Form G.S. 12, in NOTE 1, for the words "lac and copper¹', the words "lac. copper, plastic and ivory" shall be sub stituted.
