स्पष्टीकरण
इस उप - मद के प्रयोजनों के लिए , "कांडला मुक्त व्यापार क्षेत्र" मे वे स्थान समाविष्ट होगे , जिनके सर्वेक्षण संख्यांक हैं और जो सीमाओं द्वारा परि- वेष्टित है , जो भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्वविभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं० 77-सीमा- शुल्मा , नारीख 17 अप्रैल , 1980 के पैरा 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।
(ख) गोवा, दमण और दीव संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के दमण और दीव राज्य क्षेत्र तथा दादरा और नागर हवेल? संघ राज्य क्षेत्र ।

टिप्पण. इन अधिकारियों की अधिकारिता का विस्तार संपूर्ण भारत पर होगा ।

( ख ) खंड 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट कलक्टरों के अधीन तैनात उप- कलक्टरों को उनकी अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिताओं के भीतर सीमाशुल्क जप - कलक्टर नियुक्त करती है ।
(ग) खंड 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट कलक्टरों के अधीन तैनात सहायक कलक्टरों को उनकी अपनी-अपनी अधिकारिताओ के भीतर सीमाशुल्क सहायक कलक्टर नियुषत करती है ।
