No. 248|83-CUSTOMSG.S.R. 672(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Gov- ernment, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the follow- ing further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 200-Customs, dated the 28th September, 1979 namely : In the said notification, for the words, "Industrial Adviser or Additional Industrial Adviser of Direc- torate General of Technical Development" when- ever they occur, the words "Industrial Adviser or Additional Industrial Adviser of Directorate General of Technical Development of the Indust- rial Adviser in the Office of the Development Com- 655 GI/83 (1)

G.S.R. 673(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Cusv torns Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read wftri sub-section (4) of section 45 of the Finance Act, 1983 (11 of 1983), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public in- terest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 133|83-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1983, namely :—

In the said notification, for the words "Indus- trial Adviser or Additional Industrial Adviser of Directorate General of Technical Development" wherever they occur, the words "Industrial Advi- ser or Additional Industrial Adviser of Directorate General of Technical Development or the Indust- rial Adviser in the Office of the Development Com- missioner (Small Scale Industries)' shall be subs-' tituted.
