NOTIFICATION

S.O. b'24(E).—In exercise oi rhe piuvcis conferred by sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Road Transport Corporation Act. 1950 (64 of 1950), read with rule 3 of the Delhi Tiansport Cor position (Members) RuJcs. 1973, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Prcm Kumar, as Chairman-cum-General Manager of the Di::lhi Transport Corporation wir!\ effect from 27-8-1983 and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Trans- port ( Transport Wine) No. S.O. 305(E), dated the 4th May. 1982, namely :—
In the said notification :—
(i) in paragraph 1, for the entry against item [lumber (i).
the words "Shri Prem Kumar" shall be substituted:
(ii) in paragraph 2, for the word.-, and letters "Shri Yash- want Sinhaf' the words and letters "Shri Prem Kumar" shall be substituted.
