NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th August, 1983

G.S.R. 674 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Anns Act, 1959 (54 of 1959), the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following amendment in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. G.S.R. 378(E), dated the 23rd June, 1980, namely :—

In fhe said notification, in sub-paragraph (b) of the para- graph 2, for the words "Three years", the words "four yeors'¹ shall be substituted.
