2 THE GAZETTE OF 1HDIA : EXTRAORDINARY |PART II—S'Fr :-fii)]referred to as the said Order), read with the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 678(E), dated the 3rd September, 1981, and S.O. 645(,E) dated the 3rd September, J9S2, the management of tht; whole of the indust- rial undertaking known as the Indian Health Institute and Laboratory- Limited, Calcutta had been uiken over by the Authorised Person referred to in the said Order, for a period upto and inclu- sive of the 3rd September, 19S3;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said order continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 31st December, 1983;
Wow, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Gov- ernment hereby directs, that the said Or"ier shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1983, and that the said Order shall be amended as follows :—
In the said Order, lor the words "four years", wherever they occur, the words "four yesrs three months and twenty seven days" shall he substi- tuted.
