2. Jn pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 29B of tile Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) the Central Government hereby specifics a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification as the period after the expiry of which no owner of any industrial undertaking which was previously exempted from the operation of sections 10, Jl, 11A and 13 of the said Act and which is not so exempt by virtue of this notification, shall carry on the business of such undertakings except under and in accordance with a licence issued in this behalf by the Central Government and, in (he case of State Governments, except under and in accordance with (he previous permission of the Central Government.
