In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 29B of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby specifies a period of six months fi-om the date of publication of this notification as the period attoir tha expiry af which no owner of any industrial under taking, which was previously exempted from the operation of seoilons 10,11, HA or clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 13 nt the said Act and which is not so exempt by virtue of this notification, shall carry ,on the b Jsiness of such undertaking, except under and in accordance with a licence issued in this behalf by the Central Government and, In the case of a State Government except under and In accordance with the previous permission of the Central Government.
