(CARDAMOM CONTROL)
S.O. 638(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Cardamom Act, 1965 (42 of 1965) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 and sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Cardamom Rules, 1966, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Pawan Chopra, Director, Ministry of Commerce, as a member of the Cardamom Board Vice Shri I. A. Khan and makes, the following amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 8O9CE), dated the 17th November, 1982, namely:—
In the Table under the said notification, for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto in the first column, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted namely :—
"4. Shri Pawan Chopra, Director, Ministry of Commerce, New Delhi"
