(1) of section 13AA of the Representation of the People, Act, V95fX the Election Commission in supersession of its notification No! 5O$|MR|73, dated 31st October, 1973, hereby designates, in consultation with the State Government, the Deputy Commissioner of each district in the State of Manipur to be the District Election Officer for that district.
