ORDER
New Delhi the, 6th September, 1983
THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I I _ S E C. 3(ii)l for a further period of six months upto and in- clusive of 11th March, 1984;sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of 3 years upto and inclusive of 11th September, 1983 and the State Govern- ment of Madhya Pradesh was authorised to take over the management of the said Industrial Under- taking;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public in- terest that the said Industrial Underafcing should continue to be managed by an Authorised Person under the State Government of Madhya Pradesh Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act; 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order sfcall continue to have effect for a further peffcjd of six month* upto and inclusive of the 11th March, 1984.
